Who we share it with
We only share your information with the service providers we need to run this website and reply to you. They act on our instructions:
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and receives contact-form submissions.
- Microsoft provides our email service, so your enquiry is stored in our inbox.
When you visit pages that load these services, your device also connects to them, and they may receive your IP address:
- Vimeo plays our videos. We embed them with Vimeo's "do not track" setting.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) supplies the 3D graphics library.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the providers' safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, standard contractual clauses or the UK–US data bridge.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: deleted within 24 months of our last contact.
- If we work together: kept for as long as needed for the project and for 6 years after it ends, for legal and accounting purposes.
- Form submissions are removed from our hosting provider once they have reached our inbox.
Cookies
This website does not set its own cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. Embedded Vimeo videos load only when you choose to play one, using Vimeo's "do not track" setting.
