          AI Learning Production Sprint

AI makes the footage. Learn to make it work.

Learn the practical editing, motion, graphics and sound techniques that turn AI-generated material into polished learning. Build a suitable pipeline, then apply human judgement to the finish.

The last 10% is human craft.

          Draft vs finished

Same AI footage. A different finish.

Both versions start from the same AI-generated footage. The first stops at narration and a backing track. The second is finished by hand: trimmed and re-timed, with motion graphics and a full sound design. This is our production work, and the kind of finish the sprint teaches.

            AI Learning Production Sprint

Your team can already generate footage and visuals. The sprint teaches the human finishing skills that make them work as learning: selecting and trimming, pacing, fixing what distracts, purposeful motion graphics and sound. Shaped around your goals after a quick audit, practised on real material, and no prior tool training needed.

            Sound familiar?

            • The footage is fast. The finish is not.AI clips arrive in minutes, then they do not cut together: uneven pacing, odd moments and no sound.
            • Raw output looks raw.Learners notice jumpy edits, visual glitches and silence, and the message gets lost.
            • Full software courses are too broad.Your team does not need all of Premiere Pro or After Effects, just the techniques that matter for this work.

            How the sprint runs

Every sprint starts with a quick audit of where you are and where you want to go. We then shape it around your goals, drawing on real production pipelines and lived experience. A typical sprint is four 2-hour sessions, a week apart, so your team applies each step to real work in between.

            1. FirstA quick auditYour current process, content, tools and goals: what you make now, and what you want it to become.
            2. Always coveredThe AI essentialsUnderstanding AI, practical prompting, which AI tools to consider, and cost-effective AI options for your budget.
            3. Always coveredAttention-first structureHook first, with every sentence setting up the next. Holding attention while delivering information clearly, concisely and engagingly.
            4. Always coveredThe last 10%Editing, timing, motion graphics and sound: the human finishing that makes AI content land, whatever your team’s skills or experience.
            5. Shaped to youTools for your jobThe tools and techniques that get your specific job done to a good standard, so anyone prompting or developing works faster and better.

You learn just enough of each tool to do the job well. Most of what the big packages can do is for studio-film work, not clean, effective training. Want to go deeper? We also offer in-depth training in After Effects, Storyline, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and attention theory.

            What you keep

            What your team leaves with

A finished piece of their own, and the materials to keep finishing work this way. Here is what each one looks like.

Illustrative previews. A starter prompt library is included as a supporting resource.

            Right for you if

            • Your team uses AI, or wants to, to make learning content
            • You produce training video or eLearning regularly
            • You want faster, better results without outsourcing every piece
            • Your team is up for having a go, whatever their current skills

            Not the right fit if

            • You want theory only, with no hands-on practice
            • You want full software courses from day one. We offer in-depth training separately, as an add-on
            • You need one finished piece made for you. Production may suit better

            Questions

Do we need experience with the tools first?

No. You don’t need prior training in any of the tools we show you, just a can-do attitude. Don’t be put off by how complex the software looks: most of it isn’t needed for clean, effective training.

            How is the sprint structured?

It starts with a quick audit of where you are and where you want to go. We then shape the sprint around your goals, using real production pipelines and lived experience. A typical sprint is four 2-hour sessions, and a short conversation is usually enough to work out the right shape for your team.

            What does every sprint cover?

The essentials: understanding AI, practical prompting, which AI tools to consider, cost-effective AI options, and how to add the last 10%, whatever your team’s skills and experience.

            Which tools will we use?

Whatever gets your specific job done to a good standard. That can mean AI generators alongside Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator or Storyline. You learn the focused techniques you need, not the whole application.

Will it work with the AI tools we already use?

Yes. The finishing techniques apply to footage and visuals from any generator, and the audit maps a pipeline around the tools your team already has.

How do you make content hold attention?

We teach the structures modern audiences respond to: hook first, every sentence setting up the next, and information delivered clearly, concisely and engagingly.

Can we go deeper on a particular tool?

Yes. We offer in-depth training in After Effects, Storyline, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and attention theory. These are add-ons, agreed with you after the audit.

Our case studies and testimonials show production work, not sprint results. The sprint teaches the same standards.

Give your team the skills to finish what AI starts.

            Discuss your sprint

            Our founder

RDK LIVE is led by Rosch De Klerk, a creative learning designer and animator with around two decades of enterprise learning work behind him, for organisations including McDonald's, Bain & Company, Screwfix, Ardagh Glass, Tesco and the Royal School of Military Engineering. He holds a degree in Virtual Reality with Animation and previously ran a production business employing around ten people.

The AI sprint comes from that production work: what to hand to AI, what to keep, and how to tell when a piece is finished.
